Céline D’Hont started her training in de Kunsthumaniora Dans/Antwerp Belgium at the age of 13 and continued her studies at the Rotterdam Dance Academie in the Netherlands in 2006. Céline won the International Solo-Tanz-Theater Festival in Stuttgart in 2010 with a choreography of Amos Ben Tal, dancer of the Netherlands Dance Theater. She did a tour in Germany with the Solo and got to perform with The Nederland Dans Theater in more work of Amos Ben Tal. While living in the Netherlands she worked for Dansgroep Kirsztina De Chatel and Dansgroep Amsterdam. She performed work of Luc Petit, Stephen Shropshire, Michele Pogliani, Itzik Galili, Krisztina De Chatel, Jiri Kilian, Mauro Bigonzetti and Monique Duurvoort. In 2009 Céline moved to New York to train as a scholarship student at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Highlights of her time include performing work of Scott Rink at the Apollo Theater and performing with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City Center. In New York Céline worked with the Francesca Harper Project, Trio Dance Collective, Malcolm Low Formal Structure. Céline worked with Gallim Dance on the new La Coste fragrance commercial. In 2012 Céline was honored to perform in the opening Gala of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet. Céline moved to Chicago in September 2012 to work with Luna Negra Dance Theater. She returned to NYC in November 2013 to continue her career and is happy to start working for BodyStories: Teresa Fellion Dance.
