Summer Streets participants are led by guides through their journey, they will experience new textures, microcosms, and characters and have the opportunity to interact with the seven performers. With each new phase of the installation comes a new imaginative and physical scenery change. The plantings, water features, paving, and benches found within the plaza animate the passageways the dancers take through the internal gardens of Federal Plaza that lend themselves to the imaginative world of The Mantises Are Flipping W.3.”–
